Church leadership is a form of service.

Pastors, staff, council members, deacons, and ministry leaders share responsibility for helping the church worship faithfully, care for people, steward resources wisely, and equip the congregation for ministry. Leadership at Church on the Hill serves and strengthens the ministry of the whole body.
